The status of the soft-close automatic tailgate contact switch and the status of the tailgate contact switch differ for more than 10 seconds. 1) Check the fuse in the rear fuse carrier for the tailgate lock. 2) Check the tailgate contact switch. 3) Check the soft-close automatic tailgate contact switch. Usually there is an air intake under the hood which feeds into the air filter. If you spray Lysol into it while AC is on, it circulates through the AC killing the odor causing bacteria. This air intake is super easy to find on most other cars but not the F10. D.
I have a F30 with an N26 and I looked up the code. It mentions a central gateway module. It says: ZGM: central fault memory full - no control-module fault, ZGM: Recording of measured data deactivated. I'm pretty new to BMWs so I've no clue what that means. I used Google and only found something related to navigation.

I think BMW gets its color inspiration from 1950s black and white TV. We would have gone with the red from the 3 Series but balked when we found out that would be a $2,000 charge. So we went with Deep Sea Blue, the jazziest standard color--and we get complements on it, no doubt from people used to seeing BMWs in whites, blacks, and greys.
