Hi, I am also looking for some help on this. I am a bit of a novice on this so here goes. I wanted to update the Maps on my audi Q5 2014, I bought the 3 SD cards . 1. firmware. 2. Maps update. 3 activator. I then followed all the instructions to update the Firmware. then i uploaded the maps and then the activator.

Already booked in for some paint and other bits and pieces but I'm thinking I maybe need to update the mmi.

The procedure is you need to download the map zip file (22GB file), then unzip the contents to either a USB stick or SD card. You'll need at least a 32GB SD/USB stick. Zip contents need extracted directly to the root of the SD card. Place the SD /USB into the Macan's slot, open your maps and start the update procedure (see youtube link below).
